Due to high costs, Mountain View Water Association will stop accepting ACH bill payments from our members effective August 1, 2018. We encourage you to look for other online payment options that your personal bank may offer, such as automatic bill pay. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

As a property owner, do I need to file a claim form with the Department of Ecology for the Water Adjudication?
According to Department of Ecology mailers and website “If you use water directly from surface or groundwater, you must follow the instructions and file a claim form. If you only use water from a city or other public source, you do not need to file a form.” Mountain View Water Association is a public source of water. It is each property owners responsibility to determine if they need to file anything with the Department of Ecology.
